Our Hatha yoga classes are designed to support students in developing an awareness of sensations in their physical body, breath, and energy. During each class, our mindful instructors will guide you through physical postures with a focus on alignment and breath. Breathing and meditation techniques will be integrated throughout the class, enhancing your overall experience.

Beginner-Friendly & Inclusive
Our Hatha Yoga classes are inclusive and suitable for all levels. We provide mats, blankets, and props for support during your practice.

While holding static poses for several breaths per movement, you will deepen your mind-body connection, allowing you to sit with deep sensations while using your breath for support.
