Best said from my student who is a CEO:

"Practicing Vedic meditation required a shift in my daily schedule but it's welcomed to say the least. It allows me to start the day on a positive note and take a break when the midday mind fog comes in. I've also become way less dependent on caffeine in the morning and afternoons as I feel a sense of clarity and energy after each session. Within the first week of meditating I was noticing some immediate changes in my thinking and general perception & improved sensory inputs (e.g. food tasted more vibrant, sounds could be perceived better, etc.). The daily meditations have gone a long way in helping my anxiety and release stress.

What is Vedic Meditation?

Vedic Meditation is one of the oldest, most natural forms of meditation. This advanced technique originates from India as taught by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. It is practiced for 20 minutes, twice a day, while sitting comfortably with the eyes closed. In this meditation, we use a personal mantra, as given to us by our meditation teacher.

What is a Vedic Meditation Mantra?

In contrast to mindfulness meditation, in Vedic meditation we self-transcend using a personal mantra that is given by specially qualified Vedic mediation teachers. Repeating our mantra allows us to remove focus thought and relax. There is no focusing of the mind in Vedic meditation, unlike concentration techniques.
