This 4-day Meditation Course For Beginners meets together 4 times for 90 minute classes. It is a comprehensive way to learn an ancient meditation practice that you’ll actually be able to incorporate into your busy life.
During this course, you'll learn the effortless technique of Vedic Meditation. The what/when/where/how that you've been missing to become a successful mediator.
- Better sleep. Studies show that practicing daily meditation improves sleep quality.
- Deep rest. During meditation, we achieve deep rest and relaxation, allowing our minds to navigate stillness.
- Less stress and anxiety. While we relax, we allow our minds to release a backlog of stress and fatigue.
- Lowered blood pressure due to less stress overtime.
Best said from my student who is a CEO:
"Practicing Vedic meditation required a shift in my daily schedule but it's welcomed to say the least. It allows me to start the day on a positive note and take a break when the midday mind fog comes in. I've also become way less dependent on caffeine in the morning and afternoons as I feel a sense of clarity and energy after each session. Within the first week of meditating I was noticing some immediate changes in my thinking and general perception & improved sensory inputs (e.g. food tasted more vibrant, sounds could be perceived better, etc.). The daily meditations have gone a long way in helping my anxiety and release stress.”
