Late cancellations refer to any reservations cancelled within five (5) hours of the class start time, resulting in the client having to pay as if they attended the session, or the deduction of 1 class from their package.
✨ Unlimited members have the flexibility to cancel up to 45 mins before the class start time, otherwise resulting in a $15 penalty ✨
If you need to cancel a class reservation, you must do so at least 5 hours prior to the scheduled class time to prevent penalty. You can cancel your class reservation through the member portal, by clicking "Cancel" in the class booking reminder email, or through the Wellness Living Achieve app.
‍Missed reservations: Any reservations made with failure to be in attendance at the class start time. The door is locked while class is in session. Late arrivals will not be permitted and the booking reservation will be marked as "no show". Missed reservations will be automatically charged $15 to the member card on file.
Late arrivals: We ask that all class participants arrive 10 minutes before class start time to ensure they are checked in properly, they have the time to prep their space and equipment, supporting the instructor with getting class started on time without disruption. Anybody not in attendance at class start time may be marked as no show, resulting in a $15 missed reservation penalty being automatically charged to the card on file.
‍Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled class time. The door locks at class start time, and remains locked while class is in session.
